Nephroprotective Effect of the Herbal Composition BNO 2103 in Rats with Renal Failure

This research aims at studying the nephroprotective properties of BNO 2103 in a model chromate-induced renal failure rats and proving possibility using clinical practice for complex treatment chronic kidney disease (CKD). Materials methods. Fifty divided into five groups were studied. The drugs 2103, Prednisolone Lespephril administered within 20 days. excretory function functional state kidneys, blood biochemical parameters indicators nitrogen metabolism determined. Results. Under influence there was significant improvement function, compared with control pathology group. also outperformed comparators most indicators. Conclusions. has demonstrated nephroprotective, hypoazotemic diuretic effects; can be used to implement combined therapy CKD.
